Returns and Refund Policy
Foods and perishable goods cannot be returned. As WorthWell LLC Food-Based Supplements are perishable goods, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any purchases.On top of this, we set world-leading quality standards with our products. To keep in compliance with our quality protocols, we cannot allow products to return to our warehouse once they have left. As you can understand, we cannot control what happens to goods once they leave the warehouse. We have set this policy to ensure you receive the highest quality product and to safeguard your health and well-being.
Postage Companies:
WorthWell LLC is not liable for any goods lost or damaged by UPS, USPS, FedEx, Amazon, or any other third-party carriers. In all other cases where your product does not arrive or is damaged, WorthWell LLC can issue a discretionary refund. If WorthWell LLC decides to issue a refund, credit will be applied to your original mode of payment.
We do not allow returns or refunds for the following reasons:
Didn’t like the taste (secondary consideration to its benefits)
The taste of our products is important to us, so we strive to formulate supplements that improve your health while tasting delicious. And while we understand that good taste is subjective and depends on who tries our products, we also know there’s always room for improvement. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds based on complaints regarding the taste of our products. We do take your comments into consideration to improve our products.
Being allergic to the product or an ingredient
It’s your responsibility to research the ingredients in the product to determine if there is anything you are or could be allergic to. You can find all the ingredients and nutritional panels on our store site. If you need further clarification, we recommend consulting with our customer service team at [email protected] first before ordering.
Ordered too much
If you’ve made a mistake and ordered more products by accident, please contact us within 24 hrs of your purchase at [email protected] so we can decide on your case. Please note that once you’ve already received our products we are unable to issue a refund.
Ordered the wrong item
It’s your responsibility to ensure you are ordering the correct item for your circumstances. If you are unsure which items to order, please contact our customer service team. If you order the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to cancel your order before it goes out. However, we cannot make any guarantees. If your order has already been sent out, we cannot provide a refund or accept the goods back into our stock. Please also consider that customer service response times can take over 24 hours and only occur on weekdays.
Financial hardship
We understand you may be suffering from financial hardships at the moment. We recommend buying one product at a time and signing up for a subscription once you’ve recovered financially. If you have already received our products, we cannot issue a refund.
